Recommendations for cozy mysteries
Hi, I am about to go on holidays and need something fun for a loooong plane flight. Looking for some light cozy mysteries - light because I find I can't concentrate well when flying.

If cozy means little to no violence, this is it.
If it means no complicated plot, ditto.
EDITED: Not quite as non-violent, but perhaps in the direction you are asking for, and easy to try out, is The Moonstone:

Pushing Up Daisies: A Dirty Business Mystery by Rosemary Harris is pretty good so far.
You can't go wrong with Janet Evanovitch or Lois Greiman for being laugh out loud funny in parts.
Is a pretty thorough and well done website.

Joanne Fluke's Hannah Swensen series would definitely count as cozies. First book is Chocolate Chip Cookie Murder.

Ellery' Queen's "The Roman Hat mystery" is a good read. It's available in paper and kindle format.

Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series is very good. Don't go by the movie, the book is much much much much better! The Grandma Mazzer character is hilarious!

Ellis Peters' Cadfael series, if you're happy to add mediaeval to your cosyness.

All of the Agatha Christie novels would fall in this category, too, especially the Miss Marple ones. The order of publication of Miss Marple books, minus short story collections (snatched from Wikipedia):
The Murder at the Vicarage (1930)
The Body in the Library (1942)
The Moving Finger (1943)
A Murder is Announced (1950)
They Do It with Mirrors, or Murder with Mirrors (1952)
A Pocket Full of Rye (1953)
4.50 from Paddington, or What Mrs. McGillicuddy Saw! (1957)
The Mirror Crack'd from Side to Side, or The Mirror Crack'd (1962)
A Caribbean Mystery (1964)
At Bertram's Hotel (1965)
Sleeping Murder (written around 1940, published 1976)

You might try Jan Dunlap's Bob White murder mysteries. Bob White is a birder, and all of the books have a bird watching sub-theme. I believe the first is The Boreal Owl Murder.
Interestingly, they do not appear to be currently available from Amazon for the Kindle, but they are available for Nook from Barnes & Noble.
