calibredb command to remove all except epub

I'm cleaning up my library, keeping only books in epub format.

If my library is in c:\calibre-ebooks what command line can I use to remove all versions except epub. I've tried variations of

calibredb remove-format mobi --prefix=c:\calibre-ebooks

but that doesn't work. Is it possible to use calibredb at the command line to do this?

Hopefully someone can help you. I don't have that knowledge. But I have done what you want to do and it takes only a couple of minutes via the GUI. Highlight all of your books and click Edit metadata, then use the Remove format option. Repeat as needed.

Or, right-click the "Remove books" button on the main screen toolbar and select "Remove all formats from selected books, except..."

Make sure you right-click.

The GUI options work great! I'm curious, however; is there and equivalent command line for the GUI option of "Remove all formats from selected book, except ..." ????

Sure there is, if you can script, if not, use the GUI, it's what it's there for.
