Imagine a world where children are doctors...

Kid Docs is an experimental new program that trains young children to become doctors. Currently, one hundred sixty-five children, ages two to fourteen, are enrolled in the program. When they are ten-years-old, Kid Docs begin working in the hospital, using their skills on real patients.

Kid Docs, the novel, tells the story of ten-year-old Doctor Connor Hansen’s first days as an Emergency Room doctor.

Kid Docs is available as an ebook (Free to borrow for Amazon Prime Members) and paperback on Amazon.com: http://www.amazon.com/Kid-Docs-ebook/dp/B00AQN4TIU

When I was very little I wanted to be a paramedic like on "Emergency." Later as I got a bit older I wanted to be an animator for Walt Disney.

2 years old? Frankly, my three-year old as a surgeon would be a disaster. He's such a perfectionist and when things don't quite go right there's be a scapel lodged in the operating room wall.

Mrs. Mommy Booknerd's Book Reviews just posted an illuminating interview with Kid Docs author Jenny Lynne. In it, Jenny talks about why she almost didn't write her first novel and which character from J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter books she most identifies with: http://mrsmommybooknerd.blogspot.com...ld-animal.html
