Angels From The Sea: Relief Operations in Bangladesh, 1991 recounts the humanitarian operations of the US Marine Corps in cyclone 02B in 1991.

The cyclone was devastating, killing many, leaving many more homeless and without food or safe water. This account documents the activities of the Marines, the Bangladesh government, non-governmental agencies and others in addressing the humanitarian crisis.
