It would not be that many, but all the library books I had on hold became avaialable all at once, so they add to the count significantly.....


I delete books from my device as soon as I am done with them. Sometimes, it's like saying good bye to a dear friend.

With my K3 I had practically maxed out my capacity (keeping approx. 2,500+ on it at all times)

I will most likely keep about 50 on my PaperWhite, like I have now.

I do the same, unless I have the whole series, at which point I delete the whole series when I'm done. I don't mind so much since I know they're waiting for me in Calibre.

If I count samples, then that brings up the total on my Kindle Fire by several hundred. I've amassed most of them by going through Amazon's fiction ebooks and sending the ones I think I'd like to my Kindle Fire. I keep meaning to clear them out by buying a few of them - it'd probably be easier to do that if I didn't spend all of my money on ereaders.
