Possible to queue a Send job until device is attached?
I am wondering if one can work with an ebook in Calibre, and set it to be added to the reader automatically the next time the reader is attached? If not, is this a useful enhancement to suggest, or am I just lazy?

I think the Reading List plugin is what you are looking for? It also allows you to queue specific books for specific devices which is very useful in homes with multiple reader devices.
