Multiple files, *-tmp.epub, are left in /tmp/Sigil/scratchpad after closing Sigil
Hello.

I see a weird issue with Sigil-0.6.0, some *-tmp.epub files in /tmp/Sigil/scratchpad are created every time I save the epub I am editing. But the problem is the files don't get deleted when I close that book, or even when I quit Sigil altogether.

Does anybody else see this problem?

Looks like one is getting created every time you hit Save. I'm guessing it is something to do with the changes made on the way to 0.6 to save into an intermediate file before overwriting the original. It looks like it is missing code to remove those temporary files... that is user_none's baby, no doubt he will comment/fix it.

The point being, we were told it (Sigils contribution) was self cleaning. Calibre leaves clutter also.

And Yes, I also hand clean temp

The remove code was only in place if the save failed... I've added it for when save is successful. This will be in 0.6.1 which will be released later this week.
