Paperwhite Refunds
If my new replacement arriving Wed is not perfect I'm done, it will be my second replacement third PW. Are refunds determined by 30 days from the first original order placed or 30 days from a shipped replacement? Also must I go through CS yet again for a refund or just fill out the form on the web page.

You do not have to go through CS again, you can fill out the form on the web page.

(Edited out the refund part as I misunderstood.)

So far as I understand, refunds are issued as soon as the unit is received by the Amazon warehouse.
