Just rammed a local client into it. FROM THE PC...
very impressive performance.

Okay so just to finish up this thread. The servers of course work fine.

Can now also run the clients via a combination of xdotool, SDL, and bit of scripting.

ctng toolset may well also now allow for building the more complicated clients.

With a sprinkling of graphics drivers we have a working FPS games machine.

Happy days to us.

Thanks for everyones input on the thread. All games driven by SDL gratefully accepted as suggestions for porting.

We have TSLIB working now so interfaces possible.

Just as a question: did you just chuck this at buildroot? or did you use the deb binaries? When I have time, I'll most likely have a play with buildroot for my Kindle...

That was from deb as-is tested.
could have built it but why have a dog and build yourself... (or something ;0 )
