This is another find from PG Australia: a short story. The title says it all.

There isn’t much Dylan Thomas available, otherwise I would have collected more. I think that I’ve now uploaded all that’s currently legitimately available.

Technically, I'm not sure if Dylan Thomas' books from PG Australia are legitimately available to those of us in the UK.
Thomas died in 1953, so the usual rules suggest his work is copyrighted till 01/01/2024 in the UK (death + 70 yrs).
While they're legit on PG's server in Australia, and MR's server in Canada - aren't they off limits to us Brits?
There have been other examples of books being uploaded to MR from locations where they were technically still under copyright - does it matter to MR where the texts come from, as long as the texts themselves are ok to be hosted in Canada?

Yes, they're certainly legitimate in Canada, which has a life plus 50 years rule.

And there seems to be no legal obligation to hinder people from downloading the works if they live elsewhere. But whether people choose to do so is entirely up to them.
