Glo Book not in library after purchase but is on purchased list

Here's something weird. I just bought a book that a) does not show up in my library under my kobo account b) does not show up in the kobo desktop application after update, and c) does not download to my reader when I update via wifi.

However, it *does* show up on my "purchased" list, and I can click on it and it is downloadable as an adobe drm epub.

So basically I've had to move it manually over to the glo. I've seen where there's a kepub but no epub, but not the reverse.

Hmmmm...I've bought a couple of other books today, and they were fine.

Try this to get your KEBUB to download to your e-reader. Go to the store on your Glo/Touch and enter the title or author of your book. From the list that is returned, select your purchased book and touch the DOWNLOAD button. After your next WiFi and Desktop syncs the book should also appear in your Desktop App.

Thank you! Part of that worked. It downloaded to my kobo fine when I pressed download. Then when I try to sync to desktop, it removes it from my reader (presumably because it's not in my library). I redownloaded using wifi and search. Then, when I subsequently re-sync over wifi, it also removes it from my reader for the same reason.

I guess I'll be writing to Kobo. Oh joy.

Ok, I figured it out. In August, I had downloaded and deleted the preview. I forgot about it. Kobo seemed to have confused it with the deleted preview and downloaded it to my trash instead. So I undeleted it. I don't use the trash except for deleting previews.

Whew!

I had the same thing happen to me when I deleted the preview. I undeleted it from the trash and it downloaded to my Glo.
