I think the only book readers out there for iPhone 5 that support the new screen size are iBooks and Kindle. Are there any others?

Most which are still being supported will likely be updated in time. Not much yet.

May not take long though. Every time I turn on my iPad the last two days there have been quite a few apps ready to update to support iOS 6.

Sad to say but so far iBook and Kindle are the only ones you can use at the moment for the other readers are still doing some updates but this may take a few weeks.
