table of contents

Ciao
a simple question.
Usually I move my pdfs on the desktop and edit the table of content that is really useful to use with my repligo reader and ezpdf viewer. I would like to know if there is an effective way to prepare a table of content with a software(manually and automatically) from android, without migrate the documents on the desktop

kind regards,
