Since I've just now stumbled across this thread, I've got book 3 but not the first two. Dya think I can read book 3 on it's own, or must I know the other two first?

Aw, Deb, you just missed them. They were free again yesterday. I haven't read them yet, but per the description of the second one - " This book should also answer all the trailing queries that the observant reader still held at the end of "Did Anyone Die?" - it sounds like they need to be read in order.

They will probably be free again soon.
