Modified Date inquiry
I just sorted by date modified as I was looking for a book I added yesterday and noted that about 25 books in my library that I haven't touched for a while show a modified date of today. If anyone can explain this please do.

Maybe

If you changed any metadata , using the rename option in the tag browser, that was common to all those books.

You ran a plugin like the Quality Check or Modify EPUB, Manage series, count pages...
They all make changes to either the book or the metadata (or both)
