[622] TOC of a djvu document not working

I'm using PB Touch 622, fw 4.4. I created the TOC (i.e. outline) using djvusmooth. Evince handles it perfectly. On PB I'm redirected to the first page of the document whenever I choose any of the entries in the ToC.

Djvusmooth's outline looks like that (gotten from Edit > outline > external editor)

Code:
#scanimage005.djvu Wiadomości wstępne
#scanimage012.djvu Wiadomości z zakresu fonetyki
#scanimage023.djvu Fleksja
    #scanimage023.djvu Deklinacja
    #scanimage076.djvu Koniugacja
#scanimage140.djvu Zestawienie czasownikˇw wedle klas praesentis
#scanimage160.djvu Syntaksa
#scanimage223.djvu Indeks
#scanimage233.djvu Przegląd treści
Do you have any idea how to fix it?

/edit: koreader doesn't handle this properly too. It believes that all entries in ToC point to page 0

/edit2: this solves: http://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=169967
