What do you mean by that last sentence?

Do you mean you want copies of the binaries?
evilvte is in Ubuntu, so it is probably in Debian as well.

Download the binary from either project's repository, extract from package, try it, report back.

The directions on extracting files from a *.deb archive are indexed.

Here you are. But it is not "production" quality. Some things don't work.
Before running the binary you may do:

export GTK_IM_MODULE=kindle

This will make use of kindle native keyboard. However native keyboard sends every key twice in this case. I did not investigate why. Maybe it has to do with VTE stuff, because other gtk apps work fine with kindle native input?
To get menu you should click upper right corner, as far as I remember.

Cross compiler. Toolchain built with crosstool-ng.

Probably Launcher issue. Try to login via ssh and run your script from command line. If your script name is evilvte.sh:

cd /mnt/us/extensions/evilvte/bin
./evilvte.sh

Anyway as I wrote before, there is a bug – native keyboard doubles characters from ascii range. Only your cyrillic would work properly
If you really want to test it use matchbox-keyboard binary from xterm.

If you really want to test it use matchbox-keyboard binary from xterm.

It works!!!! Excellent! Cyrillic input works!!! However, instead of Cyrillic characters question marks, it probably is because of the non-Russian fonts.

There are a few bugs hampering the work.
1. The keyboard does not go away from the screen after the completion of the terminal. We have to run the script killall matchbox-keybord to get rid of the keyboard.
2. The size of the terminal is too big and part of it is under the keyboard. I do not know how to fix it.
3. Button on the keypad overlay "a/F" you can write only one character. Then it was back to press you have to write the next character. Is it possible to make so that this button does not turn off after the first character?
