Well, it is not like you have a choice on iOS, is it? and wasn't the 4" iPhone rumour going wild before the 4S was announced and even now about the 5? There is a market for larger screens, but with apple is their way or the highway. you can't say people don't want larger screen if they simply don't have the choice.
