new update 1.4.2!
My Color just automatically downloaded and installed an update to 1.4.2. It seems to have corrected that AWFUL bug with the email app, at least it looks that way from my initial test.

Well CRAP! Mine is updating....I've got the Manual Nooter installed so I'm hoping that it doesn't mess with it. GRRRRRR.....left it on wi-fi inadvertently.


EDIT: Well it looks like all my stuff is still there just can't get to it...however, when I try to open a book, it asks what reader I want, and when I use the browser it opens the stock browser, but when typing in and going to a site it opens Dolphin HD. So the two major things I liked I still have access to until I can get to my PC again and do it again.

So looks like I just have to do the manual nooter again.

Yep...took 15 seconds to re-apply the manual nooter and I'm back after the update to 1.4.2

I didn't have any trouble like that ~ all my Android market apps were on my stock B&N home screen, just like Nook Color app manager had put them when it was rooted. I just can't install new apps from the Android market, so if some major update comes out for one of my apps, I guess I'll have to root it again.

But, yeah, at xda-developers they said that the previous manual nooter for 1.4.1 worked for 1.4.2 without any trouble.

Yes, should show up in your Library, in the "Apps" tab, on click on the n button and then "Apps". It's rather basic though.
