Moved to the Kindle forum.

Given that ordering is a "one click" process, I suppose it's possible, although you must presumably also have ignored the e-mail that Amazon sent you confirming the purchase.

Does it show up in the "My Kindle Orders" page on "My Account" at Amazon?

And the 'Ordered this by mistake? Click here to cancel order' (or words to that effect) when you order something on your Kindle.

What's worse is they moved it to the Kindle forum. The creator is not likely to soon get a job as a headline editor for the NYT.

Here are some better titles for this thread:

Amazon Guilty of Credit Card Fraud?

Amazon's One-Click Shtick

Whispernet Amnesia

Where would you suggest that it belongs, other than the Kindle forum?

Absent a forum just for threads with poorly written thread titles, your choice was appropriate. It's still funny.

Leave it where it is, it will quickly vanish in the nirvana, where it belongs to.

I don't think you know what "nirvana" means.

When a touchscreen is left active and a device is handled blindly, say, by a toddler, anything can happen. Kind of like butt dialing. Only I would tend to think this more unlikely than butt dialing.
