how to set the index of the file using calibre CLI

how to Set the index of the file using calibre CLI.
my input file is rss.html and the output file is rss.mobi,I want use the CLI to convert the files and set the index for the output file.
I want to set the index by the <h2> tags that contained in the rss.html file.

Now i use the command like this "ebook-convert rss.html rss.mobi --series-index //*[name()='h2']".but it dosed work.

How should I do??

I shoud have't expressed my question.
I mean how to set the Table of Contents for the output file?

If your chapters are defined by <h2> tags then a simple default conversion should work

Code:
ebook-convert rss.html rss.mobi
but if you want to specify the <h2> then I think the command is
Code:
ebook-convert rss.html rss.mobi --chapter //h:h2
The CLI conversion options are in the User manual
