Hello fellow authors and readers. My first book is about strength training, nutrition and building a functional mind body connection. Most of the information available in the realm of fitness is conflicting and full of non efficient methods, so I've decided to bring the essence out. I believe the book has the best info that has been discovered and proven for the past decades in training and nutrition. The reality is that the things you must know on how to get strong, eat well and create the strong link between mind and body are not that much.
