Unfortunately danskmacabre I tried your file and got crc errors when I tried to unzip it . . . but BigJ's worked great.

That's odd, I just unzipped it as a test and it worked fine.. *shrug*

I'll try to re-upload it to to mediafire tonight. but I did noticed it verified the file as well when it finished receiving it.

I just downloaded it from mediafire onto a different PC and it unzipped fine (I used 7zip)
Maybe your download got corrupted or something?
NM, you got it from the other guy's link anyway.

I don't see any posts from you where you actually mention WHAT your problem is with PDFs.

Have you ever told us? Have you ever opened an issue with Kobo (and ensured the problem # has been supplied to the Kobo GetSatisfaction web site)?
