Contacts/Calendar organizer functions for Touch?

What's the chance that Kobo will add some organizer functions like a Contacts database and Calendar to the Extras on the Touch? Maybe even with WiFi sync to Google or Yahoo? I wonder how hard it would be to port a Linux app to use the KT's sqlite database and hack together a UI that works on the eInk screen?

I think the chances are slim to none that the Touch will get non-reader apps. Vox does this sort of thing, of course. The web browser is fairly minimalistic, but you can see if you can browse to your contacts if they are in your gmail account or on-line elsewhere.
