Should I keep the PRS-T1 or get a Nook Simple Touch

Hi Everyone,
Been doing my research and at the moment getting to play around with a PRS-T1 until the end of next week, however trying to figure out if I should change it for a Nook Simple Touch.
I'm reading mixed reviews online about the Nook ST vs PRS-T1 but would like to know others that may have had experience with either or both. Using for most books and Comics. (Don't factor in music etc.

Hope to hear people's opinions. I have rooted the PRS-T1 so was perfect for comics and ebooks

You have the T1. Is there anything you don't like about it? If so, you can ask in the Nook forum if STR owners have the same issues that you do, or if the STR has features that you miss on your T1. If you can't think of anything you dislike, why not just enjoy your new reader?

I think it comes down to a size issue. I like the fact that the Sony is thin and fits easily into a coat pocket. The extra real estate on the STR makes it easier to hold with one hand.

The STR has a little more of a social benefit since you can go to classes conducted at local Barnes and Noble stores.

I have both. To be honest I prefer the T1. It is easier for me to hold & turn pages in one hand. I do like the Nook tap page turns (also has swipe) But the buttons on the side are rather stiff & not the best for turning pages. And the bezel on the Nook is just wide enough to make it difficult for me to read one handed (small hands). Plus the tap turns for going forward are on the right & I tend to hold my book with my left hand. If I could switch sides it would be okay. You can change the buttons, to switch from top to bottom page turns forward.

The big plus for me is that the dictionaries on the Sony are so much better. I like to read books with a lot of foreign words in them & the translation dictionaries on the Sony are nice. The Nook has just one kind of dictionary.

If you prefer to download books wireless from a store, then I think the B&N store is much nice than the Sony Store.

If you like to use the web browser then go for the Sony. The Nook really doesn't have one (you can get to it but it is not good at all)

And finally the T1 with case fits in my purse much better. The Nook is kind of clunky (with case)

Yea I'm enjoying it as I've rooted it and does the job of letting me read my comics and books fine. I was happy it also supports my Korean ebooks, just need to test if it will support my Japanese characters also.

Yea not worried about the fact of 3g etc as usually I purchase books online.

The only thing that my be a peev would be fingerprints on PRS-T1 but doubt that it would be a serious flaw.

Of the two, I've go to think that Sony has better odds of correctly handling Japanese characters

Don't go putting any reader in a pocket. It's just waiting to get broken.
