mobi toc centered

i can't find a way to center the toc (rather than it being defaulted to left justify) that calibre generates and locates at the start of the mobi

i used to use a work-a-round to accomplish this and it appeared to have quit working. well it began to work again after in installed 0.8.27. i didn't even consider that it might be a bug! oh well, problem solved
