1. Unload Desktop and then reload.
2. Do a factory reset on the reader.
When you then tell them you have done this and everything is the same, you never get a response from them again.

To get Kobo's tier 2 attention go to getsatisfaction.com/kobo and post a message along with your incident number. If that does not get results, then, you could try try sending a message to email@example.com. This e-mail address was posted on the consumerist.com website on January 3.
