Wieso kein "Adobe Digital edition" für Android ?

Wieso gibt es keinen "Adobe digital edition" für Android-Geräte ?

Die Kindle-App läuft auf vielen Systemen aber Adobe nicht.

Warum sollte es? Adobe hat keinen eigenen Buchladen und gar kein Interesse daran den DRM Content auf vielen verschiedenen Geräten laufen zu lassen.

Ausserdem gibt es zum Beispiel Aldiko 2.0, das kann Adobe DRM verwalten, und andere Shops mit eigener App wie Kobo können das auch.

In D-Land gibt es allerdings soweit ich weiss noch gar keine Android-App ausser Amazon und Kobo,von daher würde ich Aldiko empfehlen oder mich auf Umweg über den PC des DRM entledigen

Neben Aldiko gibts z.B. auch den bluefire reader für android. Der kommt auch mit Adobe DRM klar.

Danke für die sehr schnelle Info.

Ich war gestern auf der Seite von http://www.ciando.com/, die ebooks in Deutschland verkaufen. Da habe ich zum ersten Mal etwas über die "Adobe Digital edition" gelesen.
Ich war erstaunt, dass diese auf PCs beschränkt ist.

Das heißt ich kann das ebook dort kaufen, auf ein Android Gerät kopieren und mit "bluefire reader" lesen ?

Im Prinzip ja, allerdings würde ich dir raten,den Download Link direkt mit dem Bluefire reader zu öffnen, kopieren macht häufig Probleme, da diese spezifische Datei ja schon woanders angemeldet ist.
Ciando ist da natürlich etwas doof, da man jeden Content nur zweimal downloaden kann, daher ist DRM bei mir spätestens nach 2 Minuten weg und es ist dann "vollständig" MEIN Buch
