I don't read much Science fiction, but I think Endless Blue by Wen Spencer would fit most of your criterias ( Except for maybe the game and movie one )

Zombie Syndrome by Keith Adam Luethke-

"Zoe, a gifted telepath aboard the Odyssey space vessel, is awakened to the sounds of screaming. The crew has succumbed to the deadly alien parasite which they picked up on a remote desert planet. Barely surviving the ordeal, Zoe, utilizes the freezing chambers in the cryogenics laboratory and sends out a telepath distress call to anyone nearby.
Light years away, Ida, a failed telepath aboard the salvage ship Argo, hears the call and alerts her captain. Fearless, Captain Titus heads for the ship, promising his crew excessive credits for the missing vessel. But as they board the Odyssey they failed to realize it has been taken over by an alien species using humans as a host.
Prepare for deep space horror, thrilling adventure, a malfunctioning Salvation robot, plasma sabers, and spider parasites capable of turning humans into flesh hungry zombies."

its only 99 cents on amazon and theres also a sequel.

The Dead of Space by Jeremiah Coe-(seems close to what youre looking for if not quite exact)

"Welcome to the future of the walking dead! The Earth is freezing over. After a deep space probe returns with information of another habitable planet at the end of our galaxy, a desperate attempt to save mankind is implemented. The Intrepid, a massive starship with a crew of 500, is sent to investigate the world designated E-eleven-two for possible habitation of the human race. The world looks perfect, clear springs, tall mountains, open fields, even the remnants of the planet's native inhabitants still exist, right down to the structures they one lived in. And there are no native species to threaten the newly arrived human population. It's perfect...it's paradise. A mystery arrives in the form of the planet's previous inhabitant's corpses, found frozen under the polar ice caps, thousands of them, all perfectly preserved. The scientists, in their excitement, hastily bring back fifty of the bodies to base camp, each one perfectly preserved and ready to be dissected and studied. As the bodies thaw out and await dissection, first one, then another begins to move, and soon, they start to walk; despite being dead for hundreds if not thousands of years The crew of the Intrepid are about to find out what happened to the natives of E-eleven-two, and are going to discover to their horror that they didn't die out naturally. In fact, there was nothing natural about their demise. The future isn't full of hope...the future is dead. "

If you don't mind YA you might enjoy Deepwater Black by Ken Catran

Deepwater is a spaceship on an unknown course, thousands of years into the future. Its crew of teenagers don't know their mission, nor their final destination, but instinct makes them fight aliens in their path. Then they come across an identical spaceship, and discover the truth about Deepwater.

It's the first book of a trilogy, the others being Deepwater Landing and Deepwater Angels , it was also a short-lived tv show in the late nineties http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0118403/

The whole Rifter's trilogy will probably fit your requirements. The story isn't in a space ship, but isolation is the same.

Amazon's description of the first in the series, "Starfish":

Peter Watts's first novel explores the last mysterious place on earth--the floor of a deep sea rift. Channer Vent is a zone of freezing darkness that belongs to shellfish the size of boulders and crimson worms three meters long. It's the temporary home of the maintenance crew of a geothermal energy plant--a crew made up of the damaged and dysfunctional flotsam of an overpopulated near-future earth. The crew's reluctant leader, basket case Lenie Clarke, can barely survive in the upper world, but she quickly falls under the rift's spell, just as Watts's magical descriptions of it enchant the reader: "Steam never gets a chance to form at three hundred atmospheres, but thermal distortion turns the water into a column of writhing liquid prisms, hotter than molten glass."

Watts is investigating monsters. Gigantic deep sea monsters, surgically-altered-from-human monsters, faceless jellied-brain computer monsters--which monsters are human, which are more than human, which are less? Watts keeps the story line stripped down to showcase the theme of dehumanization. The anonymous millions who live along the unstable shore of N'AmPac come under threat (a triggered earthquake, and perhaps a disaster that's slower but even more pitiless) from their own dehumanized creations. But Watts is less interested in whether Lenie can save the dry world as in whether she can save herself. In Starfish, Watts stretches the boundaries of humanity up, down, and sideways to see whether its dimensions reveal anything we'd be proud to be a part of.

The Rifter trilogy and the standalone novel "Blindsight" are available as PDF, HTML, and Mobipocket formats at the following link:

The Sands of Mars by Arthur C. Clarke is a good read. It does have aliens in it though not as invaders or anything. I don't want to say too much lest I spoil it for you. It's not a new book but it's a good read I think.

Some good book suggestions here.

Have you seen the movie Event Horizon? Exactly what you're looking for. It's great! I enjoyed it more than Pandorum.
