Small feature request.
Hopefully this isn't already there and I just missed it

But when you watch the Job details window, a checkbox at the bottom left to supress the auto-scrolling as new details come in would be kind of handy.

It shouldn't autoscroll as long as you aren't at the bottom, is that not the case?

I do notice that it resorts (on XP) as jobs completes. Maybe that is what the OP is seeing

No matter where I am it will auto reset while im trying to scroll to view other tasks. Maybe instead of a disable option the window shouldnt behave this way? Seems like a feature for something so small may be silly.

The list that appears with the lookup outputs etc after doing meta lookups on multiple items. It will let me scroll but when the nwxt lookup completes it pops me straight to it.

Ah you mean the jobs list. That behavior isn't going to change as the list is resorted every time a job completes (to make sure finished jobs are at the bottom), which makes preserving position too much work.

While the resort behavior cannot be changed, I implemented a small change that should prevent the scroll position being reset after the resort, will be in next release.
