Where to go after "Dee Henderson's" O'Malley series

I just got done with Dee Henderson's O'Malley series of books and I liked them very much. I am wondering where to go next. I am trying Frank Peritti's His Present Darkness but am not enjoying it all that much. Thanks for the help.
