Welcome to the forum.

Recently, we've noticed that some new members are using their introductory post to raise problems they are having with their Readers, or conversion problems, or ask for other advice.

We suggest that you make a separate post to the relevant forum or subforum if you have such a problem. This is because members are usually quite quick at responding to calls for help, but are more likely to notice them if they are in the relevant forum.

Please add your location to the information about yourself. (At the top of the forum page tap on 'User CP'.) This will greatly help others target answers that are specific to your part of the world. The country name is enough unless you want to provide more. eBook and reader availability and rules are very different in some parts of the world.
