ePub vendors with samples?

(Apologies if this is sufficiently tied to a format to deserve to go elsewhere...)

Are there any ePub vendors of... for clarity's sake, let's say the Agency 6 publishers... besides Barnes & Noble who allow downloads of samples as ePubs?

Given the changes that B&N makes to ePubs they sell, I'm trying to find someplace other than the darknet where I can find the real CSS files for books...
