Device: Sony pocket edition and Kobo touch both died - looking at Kindles
In Calibre scan one save ebooks with notes made - as a backup?

My Sony ereader just 'died'. This was after making notations to several books. Two people from Sony tell me that there is no way to do this (presumably *within their software*). This does not seem efficient to not be able to backup.

No, not at present. This functionality is on my TODO list, but then my TODO list is taller than the Empire State Building.

Before I start digging into Calibre for the capabilitiy of archiving book notes: Has this already reached a lower storey of the Empire State Building?

Cheers,

Nope, I am nowhere close to working on this. Feel free to do so yourself.
