Online Store Devil
I would like to share my experience with ALLPMP.COM. Last year, September 24, 2010 to be exact, I ordered a portable media player SmartQ V3. It arrived but very much busted. The battery was bloated to the point that it split open the device.
I informed them that it was defective and they asked me to take some pictures first for verification. After doing so, I was instructed to mail it back for a replacement (I paid for the shipping fee) but it took them more than a week to inform me that they do not have the stock. Worst part is, they asked for an additional $20.00 to upgrade to Smart V5 of which I declined and opened a dispute with Paypal.
Long story short, the Paypal dispute was closed and the company claims that I won that dispute. I checked my account but found no money in it. It has been 9 months and counting. I paid in full plus the shipment fee back but I don't have the REFUND MONEY and only pictures of the damn unit.
Hope everyone reading will be warned. If any of you could help me how to spread this message to a wider ebook customers, please do so. Thank you.
