This is probably not an appropriate forum post, but I wanted to make it public.
I have to give out some props. I have had quite a lot of experience recently dealing with customer support with a whole slew of companies, from Amazon to Barnes and noble to Cable techs. All of these experiences have ranged anywhere from completely disastrous to meh. I just want to say that I have never talked with a group of people more open, helpful and knowledgeable than the people I’ve talked to at Entourage. For me, it is very refreshing to speak with the people at Entourage.
I just want to thank you guys for being so helpful and open. Thank you so much!
