Issues with shape recognizer staying on

I've had a problem with the shape recognizer function remaining on after i toggle the button off. It's annoying because a refresh really mucks up your notes. You can tell it is on when writing when the writing is slow; the line doesn't appear until you pick up the stylus. It looks ok until you refresh; then it refomats the handwriting to jibberish.

Not sure but I think the undo button may be turning it back on as well. If this is the case this needs to change. Undo should only remove the last stroke. It should not change any settings.

I like the feature when it works.
