Just purchased the Pevear/Volokhonsky translation on Amazon. So its The Master And Margarita & The Maltese Falcon for next 3 weeks. Knowing me, I'll need every moment of it.

The mobi guy hangs his head in shame.

In my defense... Inkmesh never clued me in to that fact.

So you've read both already?

Already about 50 pages into the book. Not the most exciting but it *is* interesting.

Sweet! Thank you.

ETA - I bought it from Kobo with the coupon "FirstRead" which gave me 30% off (of course, it only works if this is your first purchase from Kobo).

I'm the same - just bought both from Amazon. Started on Master and the Margarita first. The discussion for The Maltese Falcon won't be until the 20th so I'm not in a hurry to start that one.

I finished the Maltese Falcon last week. Now I'm in the middle of Exodus by Leon Uris, Day of the Jackal and The Master and Margarita. I'm a fairly slow reader so I've got my work cut out for me too.

I've only read 2 chapters and the second was absolutely riveting. I'm not sure what purpose the story of Jesus and Pontius Pilate is going to have for the rest of the book but I devoured it.
