Publishing Free E-Books on Amazon
I've used Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing several times now. One thing I have never figured out is how you can set an e-book price at zero. The 35% royalty option allows you to set the price at 99 cents. But for my next project, I want it to be free.

Any suggestions will be gratefully accepted.

Can't be done. The nearest you could get would be to add lots of dummy text at the end so that the complete story falls within the free sample.

Basically, it's taking advantage of Amazon's "book may not be offered cheaper anywhere else" clause.
