Radio Dramatisation of Iain M. Banks' "The State of the Art"

If anyone's interested, the BBC currently have available a very enjoyable 45 minute radio drama based on Iain M. Banks' SF novel "The State of the Art" (set in his "Culture" universe). It's available to listen to or download from the BBC iPlayer web site:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode...te_of_the_Art/

It will be available until this Friday.

I think you need to install an iPlayer client, and then download using that. I'm afraid I've never done it that way, so I'm not sure of the details.

Thanks for the link! I loved reading The Wasp Factory as a young brat.

Edit: Wanted to mention I've had no trouble listening to your link via Firefox and can't recall installing a BBC-specific extension, though I've been playing BBC content in many forms since the dawn of rational thought.

The iPlayer desktop app apparently allows downloading content for offline listening.
