From the 27th (NY) Division Streeter presents a World War I era series of letters from a soldier to his girl back home in Philopolis, NY (where ever that is.) Follow him as he grows worldly wise and watch as his relationship evolves.

Light years away from Twain's The Innocents Abroad, Dere Mable is representative of the type of humor popular in the early 20th century in the USA.
