A friend got me good today, twice over, in fact. I got an email from him, telling me about this book he thought I'd enjoy (he knows I go for the offbeat stuff once in awhile). The title was "Neeta Lyffe: Zombie Exterminator, by Damnation Press. Well, between the title and the publisher, I assumed it was an April Fool's joke - but it wasn't....
When I replied telling him he "got me" he had no idea what I was talking about. Boy did I feel like an idiot having to explain I thought it was an April Fool's, after having verified with Amazon that it's a real book.
