Nook Color Dead

I had successfully rooted by nook color in the past. but the market app and gmail stopped functioning, so I opt ted to restoring and rerooting. Now after following directions on this link, my nook says install fail and won't load up after restarting. Help would be greatly appreciated it, thanks in advance!

But, on step 9 make sure that you format system and data.
