eNews Creator Beta 2 out

Changes from the last beta include:

WebCompanion:
a.. options box is redesigned for easier configuration. eNews are updated
at a fixed chosen time.
b.. conduits are now integrated in sendbookmp.exe (except for Palm); they
used to be many separate executables. This will allow us to ship a single
update of the WebCompanion for all devices. Also, the user now has the
option to send eNews to a removable card rather than in main memory.
c.. progress of eNews synchronization with device is shown with the
WebCompanion progress bar.
d.. ActiveSync conduit is replaced by remote API, this way Microsoft
SmartPhones 2002 and 2003 are supported.
broken eNews are detected and can be repaired. If in a section of an eNews
titles or articles are empty, the WebCompanion considers this eNews as
broken. it then appears with a special icon, and users have the option to
repair the eNews using the eNews Creator. This will allow Mobipocket users
to collaboratively maintain the repository of eNews.
e.. fixed memory leaks.
f.. 4.8 style eNews use the same update mechanism as 4.7 style eNews
(using the xml-extraction attribute).

eNews Creator:
a.. eNews coming from a repository can be repaired and published to
override the broken eNews.
b.. added periodicity setting (for weekly news for instance).
c.. added user agent setting for sites that disallow the WebCompanion user
agent.
d.. eNews Creator checks if the eNews was extracted properly, an eNews can
only be published if it was extracted properly.
e.. more flexible RSS extraction which enables extraction description of
items.

Important:
The eNews file format slightly changed! If you load an existing eNews using the eNews Creator beta 2 and then save it, it will be in the new format.
