Printing List of Books on my Kobo

Hello. This is my second post and I hope I am not rehashing an old topic.

I would like to create a list, printed or whatever, of the books already on my Kobo.

Can anyone tell me how to do this or direct me to the correct thread?

Thanks for any help. BK

This might work for a Kobo (it does for my PEz)
connect your Kobo.
Wait for the 'get books on device' task to finish (green ticks appear).

Switch to the Device (library) Internal (or SD card?) view
(no longer works ths way )

in the Search bar:
Code:
ondevice:true
(I selected all rows (the littl box above the row #'s)
Now make a 'Kobo' catalog (CSV if you want to print from Excel,Open Office)

Hi. When I tried Ondevice:true, I got the list OK, But I could find no option to create a Kbo Catalogue or any other way to print it.

I tried save search and this did not work.

It would be great if the programme just left a tick beside the boxes of books that have already been transferred.

Is there a plug-in for this?

"Now make a 'Kobo' catalog (CSV if you want to print from Excel,Open Office) "

If you could explain this a bit more I would really appreciate it.
I could not find this option.

Ok, I found what you were talking about. It is right beside the convert books drop down.

I have a CSV file of the ondevice:true search.

When I open it in open office it does not sort or have a search function though. Can you tell me how to get them alphbetically before I print? Thanks ++++.

This is an Office question: (How to sort in Calc)

I will Assume the CSV was opened in OO 'calc': If not, do that first.

I would suggest that you review OO help on sorting in Calc, because I will give a very rough outline. (Partially because the computer I am writing on is running Libre Office 3)

Important: Select All columns (that are being used) when sorting, or you will totally scramble the data ( If you click the little box at the corner of Column and Row numbers )
On the Menu
Data | Sort
Switch to the Options first
The important one is Contains Headers (yes it does have Calibre ones).
choose the rest to taste

Now back to the "Criteria" tab.
This is where you set the Sort orders: eg 1st Authors, 2nd Title

I will leave the results printing (which columns to include...) to you
