I need a paper book recommendation

I don't read paper books much at all, but I need to add about $6 to my Amazon order for free shipping. So, I'm looking for recommendations. I mostly read urban fantasy, hard science-fiction, some horror and sometimes random oddball stuff. I'd prefer something in a larger print size if possible, nothing with little tiny type. Any ideas?

If you like urban and horror, then Christopher Fowler's "Psychoville" is a good choice

Or Iain Banks's "Wasp Factory" is a real oddball gem

Or Chuck Palahniuk's "Choke"

You might enjoy Matthew W. Stover's Heroes Die. It's an interesting combination of fantasy and distopian science fiction. I'm afraid I don't remember how big the type is, though.

I'll second The New York Trilogy by Paul Auster. It was a very enjoyable read, and it messed with my head. I haven't read anything quite like it since.
