Um, why pay $2.99 for something that is available all over the place for free? In fact, the day I got my iPhone I downloaded a free app containing all the Bard's plays.

If the plays are well annotated, that's certainly worth paying for. That's why I continue to use my "Arden Shakespeare" paperbacks, even though I have all the plays on my Kindle, too.

I got this, even though I have a Complete Works and various books of the plays/poems. It's always useful to have a searchable Shakespeare, and I think I'll enjoy the essays and notes.
