Introducing myself..if only I coul find WHERE!!
I wanted to introduce myself in Italian but the lack of knowing the language perhaps would have made that too difficult.
When you reach 83 (years, not months) you have a tendancy to ramble and thats how old I am and you can consider this rambling...I know I do!
Just got a Kindle for Christmas and I was kind of surprised at the prices of most of the books I would like to read (Holy expensive Batman, maybe we should back to the library!!) I'm a Hiassen Fan (used to live in Miami and he writes about the Florida Keys, our second home then) and I knew him way back in the 60's and taught him everything he knows (I could have if I had had more time, but that's a lie)
Anyway, I have dug out about 20 free books I THINK I would like to read and I just finished "Unbillable Hours" and found it interesting and enlightening. If I was a star-giver i would give it a good solid three (3)
Well enough... have introduced myself and its now time to eat!

Good to have your company, Jack. You'll soon find your way around because age is no barrier. Heck I just bought a Fnak book for my mother-in-law here in France. She's 83 and loves the thing. Just takes a bit of time and patience to find what you need. I'm sure you have both the patience and the time. Stick with it ol' pal. you won't regret it. Very best wishes. Neil
