Won't reboot

I have a rooted NC and I rebooted it using the power buttone and it wouldn't come back on. Black screen. I removed the SD card and it came back up. I tried to reboot a second time using the same technique and it went through the "Future of Reading" thing and the "N" then stuck on a backlit black screen. Does not register on my PC. I'd just tried to run an apk file that was on my NC (not the card) and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it. Right now I'm dead in the water. Wanted to share.

I sent you a message. Did you uninstall your original Google Earth prior to installing the new one?

Just to close this out, I got it fixed but it wasn't fun. I learned that some folks get a boot loop, that putting ADB on is 'important', that patience is an over-rated virtue, and that Scion will hang with you all night to get your stuff fixed. Thank you ma'am!
