Use of Calibre on a website
I am currently working on an e-book store and would like to know who I can contact in regards to integrating calibre on the actual website for easy cross reader access.

If you mean you want to use calibre to make your books available in different formats, then you are free to do so. calibre comes with the command line tool ebook-convert which should suit your needs.
Notice to all: I can not provide assistance with DRM removal, for legal reasons, so please do not contact me about it.

You should, of course, link to the calibre site so that people can get calibre for themselves. If you're selling ebooks, sending Kovid occasional donations would be a mitzvot, too.
DRM is to rights management like DDT is to pest management.
Filesystems manage files. Calibre manages books. Let calibre do what it's there for, and don't go peeking up its skirt. It'll slap you. ~ ~ (explanation here)
